ENSAYO CEISOver 25 years of experience as manufacturers has showed us the need for a Research, Development, and Innovation Department, capable of finding construction solutions with a view to offering our customers high levels of comfort, in addition to the excellent resistance and durability of our products. This was the origin of FORTPANEL, our own construction system that provides surprising results: our homes feature compression resistance levels, in relation to weight, that are 2 times higher than in the case of conventional construction systems.

FORTPANELWith this in mind, the CEIS Laboratory (Centre for Tests, Innovation and Services) in Madrid has studied how our FORTPANEL panel reacts to flexibility, compression and thermal resistance.

Our wooden, modular and prefabricated homes feature compression resistance levels, in relation to weight, that are 2 times higher than in the case of conventional construction systems

  • All the walls perform as supporting walls and distribute the load of all the modules, forming a compact block.
  • The modules can be held in place by two points without losing their shape.
  • Furthermore, the external walls feature over 5,000 kg per m2 of impact resistance.

Welcome to comfort

Most of our construction system is geared towards insulating. Due to the construction system used, the said insulation is part of the structure, which leads to the over-dimensioning of mandatory requirements on this issue. Furthermore, the materials used are low thermal conductors, such as wood, planks and plaster or cellulose fibre panels, which provide greater insulation properties.

Safe homes

Our wooden, modular and prefabricated homes feature high-level resistance to external agents

  • CTEExternal and internal materials feature the highest fire resistance classification (M-0).
  • Compliance with the FR60 regulation instead of with FR30 as required by the CTE (Spain’s Technical Building Code)
  • These materials are also damp-proof throughout the entire construction system, which contributes to avoiding problems related to dampness.
  • The approximate weight of a home is 30 T. for every 100 m2, providing excellent resistance levels in the event of extreme wind conditions.
  • This is over 3 times greater than the minimum level required by the CTE (based on geographical areas)
  • All the wood has been treated with specific fungicides against external parasites.
